I know where you got this photo from! I just can’t remember right now, website about some pioneering engineer recordist that had a neat article on the first tape recorders taken from nazis in the war, hmmmmm

Found it ,it was a Wally Heider .com memorial site which led to Stephen barncard and barn card.com which had lots of photos of the studio ace and construction of it……
