YO WALTON FOR THE LAST TIME DOWN IN FRONT

Any enthusiast predictions for opener tonight?

I’ll go with “Promised Land.” They can’t end this thing without playing any Chuck Berry. Besides, it’s another star turn for Bobby, which he will relish.

        So true

If they don’t play a China Rider tonight I want all $0 of my money back

      Touch of Grey.

      Victim Or The Crime.
I’m kiddin of course, but I’ll bet Weir really wants to do it but got out voted. 😉

But if they don’t do Unbroken Chain, I’ll eat my Skull And Roses t-shirt, moth holes and all (circa ’71).

        Nice.

I’m predicting a Rainbow for the Opener or Set Break or the Encore.

Greatest Story Ever Told opener. Hologram Vince to close festivities with Samba in the Rain

I would go with either Touch of Gray (sorry, Maggie) or Uncle John’s Band.

Bobby is going to have plenty of chances to shine: Cassidy, Samson, Estimated, Looks Like Rain, Greatest Story, Black Throated Wind, and Throwing Stones are still unplayed, plus we’ll probably get a few repeats from Santa Clara.

But yes please to China/Rider — and Terrapin, Sugaree, Unbroken Chain, at least one more of the big ballads (To Lay Me Down, So Many Roads, Days Between), I could go on…

It’s okay. And you’re probably right. I couldn’t care less about the setlist — I just want to see my babes. All I want is a China Cat and NFA>GDTRFB

    • FreedomHaul

Yeah it should actually be a pretty good night.

Plus, there’s the late first-set Keyboardist Memorial stretch: Easy Wind > Let Me Sing Your Blues Away > Blow Away > Way To Go Home

  9. Merkin

If they don’t play Loose Lucy, it will be a slap in the face of every true DeadHead.
