This and the Izzy post reminded me that I saw GnR open for Johnny Thunders at Fenders in Long Beach. This was pre-Appetite of course.

No kidding. This show may have had Arthur Kane and Jerry Nolan in the group too. I saw Johnny completely self destruct at the Coach House as well. He couldn’t get through a song and kept starting and stopping the same ones.
