The simple solution would have been to not made it a limited edition, but preorder only by a certain date. Then they’d know how many to make, and we’d all be happy and much less stressed out. And by “we” I include dead.net.

How about selecting payment option and then getting the same error message.
Note, “[t]he collection will also be available for HD digital download in FLAC and ALAC, exclusively at dead.net, on release day.” Presumably, the “Individually Numbered, Limited Edition of 15,000” does not apply here.
